✨ The Origin｜Quiet Business 是怎么来的？
Quiet Business was not born from a flash of inspiration. It emerged from two decades of lived experience.
“安静商业”不是某天灵感爆发的结果，而是我真实走了二十年的一条生命之路。
In the spring of 2025, I returned to Shanghai and reunited with old C-Sight friends. In the quiet of Jinshan’s early morning, I sat by the window, opened my laptop, and started to write.
2025 年春天，我回到上海，与“创见”十年的老友重聚。在金山的一个晨曦，我坐在窗边，打开电脑，写下 Quiet Business。
It was not something I created. It was something I had already lived.
它不是某个新概念的诞生，而是我已经活过的生命状态，被我终于命名出来了。
From registering quietbusiness.org to releasing this founding text on May 20th, 2025, I had taken a month to distill the vision.
再从注册 quietbusiness.org 到 2025 年 5 月 20 日发布《安静商业宣言》，我又花了一个月沉淀与确认。
I wrote "The Origins of Quiet Business" to answer three questions: Why this? Why me? Why now?
我写下《发起“安静商业”的渊源》，来回应三个问题：为什么是这个？为什么是我？为什么是现在？
I didn’t come to this world to be a successful entrepreneur. I chose a slower, more stubborn path—one that searched for wholeness between vision and reality.
我不是为了成为“成功创业者”而来。我选择了一条更慢、更固执的路，在理想与现实之间寻找内外一致的完整感。
Over the years, I’ve taken on many roles—manager, entrepreneur, researcher, coach, counselor—but always remained a seeker.
这些年，我扮演过很多角色：经理人、创业者、研究者、教练、咨询师……但始终是一位追问者：
Is there a way to live truthfully and not lose your soul? To serve without burning out? To grow without selling out?
有没有一种方式，可以既真实地活着，又不丢失灵魂？可以服务他人又不燃尽自己？可以成长又不违逆初心？
My clients and companions were asking the same questions. We weren’t just seeing each other—we were walking the road together.
我所陪伴的客户与伙伴们也都在问同样的问题。我们不只是“彼此看见”，而是“共同修行”。
So when I put the name “Quiet Business” to paper, it wasn’t to coin a new concept. I didn’t design it. I lived it. Quiet Business is the path I’ve walked for twenty years—I just finally gave it a name.
所以我提出“安静商业”，不是因为我想“创造一个概念”。我没有设计它，而是一直在活成它。直到某一天，我终于明白：Quiet Business 是我走了二十年的那条路，只是我终于愿意为它命名。

I didn’t write Quiet Business to follow a trend. I wrote it now because it’s finally time.
我不是为了赶风口才写下 Quiet Business，而是因为：现在，刚刚好。
My inner rhythm, my lived experience, and the world’s call—all converged at this moment.
我内在的节奏、累积的生命经验与世界的呼唤，刚好在此刻交汇。
We are living through an era of profound transformation. External structures are breaking apart, and inner beliefs are being redefined. Technology is reshaping the world, while our emotions search for a new place to rest.

From CreateSight’s founding on Sept 10, 2014, to the day I wrote Quiet Business on April 3, 2025, exactly 3,858 days had passed.
从 2014 年 9 月 10 日“创见”诞生，到 2025 年 4 月 3 日我写下 Quiet Business，整整过去了 3858 天。
We marked CreateSight’s 10-year milestone with the theme Flourishing（幸福）. Quiet Business is what I now offer for the decade to come.
“创见”十周年的主题是 Flourishing（幸福）。Quiet Business 是我为下一个十年写下的开端与承诺。
I know this road isn’t mine alone. Many are already walking it—quietly, bravely, with heart.
我知道，这条路不是我一个人的。许多伙伴早已在默默践行这条路——安静而坚定。
They just didn’t yet have the language, the frame, or the mirror.
他们只差一个语言、一个结构、一面镜子。
Quiet Business is also for them.

After the noise, someone must define what quiet means.
